About the Course

Clear calls under pressure, so good ideas don’t stall. Know how your brain decides. Then decide on purpose.

Most bad calls don’t come from bad thinking. They come from a brain already in the wrong state before the thinking starts: rushed, depleted, defensive or a little too certain. Decision Intelligence shows you what’s happening when you decide, judge, and extend or withhold trust, and gives you a way to change it. It’s built on neuroplasticity, the principle that the brain strengthens what it practices, which is why the course is practice, not just insight.

Managers spend 37% of their time making decisions, and 61% say most of that time is used ineffectively. Source: McKinsey, Decision making in the age of urgency (2019).

AI-invented content showed up in 524 US court filings in 2025, and lawyers were behind 208 of them. The tool made the error. A person signed it. Source line: Maryland State Bar Association (July 2026), citing Damien Charlotin’s AI Hallucination Cases database.

What Your Team Will Learn

  1. The deciding brain: what your state is doing to your judgment before you’ve weighed a single option

  2. Effort that fits the stakes: keep routine calls fast and give the big ones the thinking they deserve • Bias, caught early: where bias creeps in under time pressure, fatigue and certainty, and when to trust your gut

  3. Thinking with AI: keeping your own judgment sharp when AI hands you the first draft

  4. Steady before the moment: HeartMath® tools with live HRV feedback, ready when the pressure is real

Who Is This For?

This workshop is ideal for any working group where decisions carry consequence and trust is the currency that moves the work forward. It is delivered to the whole group, regardless of role or rank.
